2026-2027 BHS Blaze Band Registration

All current and incoming BHS Blaze Band students who are registered for a band class must also complete this registration. Here is what needs to be completed:

  1. Fill out the online registration for each student joining band (link above). Siblings will need to register separately.
  2. Read through the Blackman Blaze Band Handbook (Click HERE).
  3. Print and fill out the Permission and Release Form (HERE). This form must be notarized.
  4. Forms may be turned in at the New and Returning Members Meeting on May 11th or mailed to:
